I am a Bodyweight/Calisthenics enthusiast with WAY TOO MUCH energy for one human body alone, a desire to become the best version of myself and reach out to a ton of people and help them achieve what they used to believe was impossible! That's me, my vision and most importantly of all MY LIFE!
Since this website is pretty new and since I'm pretty new to just running a website myself, there are very few things on this blog as of now. However! I intend to change that by uploading as much as I possibly can! It is my dream and goal to make this website a base of true, honest and smart fitness knowledge and advice for everyone. I will be talking about my lifestyle, nutrition, training advice and much, much more!
TRAINING WITH YOUR OWN BODYWEIGHT!
One of the many benefits of Bodyweight Training is that it requires ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but your own body! A very nice quote goes like this: "You're body is your tool, the world is your gym". And that's true! Don't make excuses like: "I can't train, because I don't have access to a gym", or "I don't have the opportunity to go to the gym and train, but I don't want to train with Bodyweight exercises either, because that doesn't build muscle or strength". DON'T BE THAT PERSON! I, alongside with other guys like Frank Medrano, Hannibal For King, Lazar Novovic, Chris Barviking and many other individuals, are living proofs that you REALLY CAN achieve a shredded, musculare, strong and powerfull body, without the use of added weight! Most of the times actually, people from the gym have much less shredded bodies, compared to people doing Bodyweight training. Most people from the gym are just big guys, lifting heavy shit, but hey! Those big guys, can they do Muscle Ups? Can they do Triple Clap Push Ups? Can they do Handstand- and Tiger Bend Push Ups? Can they do One Legged Squats? The answer is a big fat NO! However, when you do Bodyweight training, you are much more in control of your own body! AND I PROMISE YOU, THAT'S A NICE FEELING! YOU can get in control of your own body aswell! I know you can! ADHD
Every single human being has his or her own infirmities that he or she deals with every single day. Trust me. No one is perfect! One of my infirmities is the fact that I have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). I think most people know about this disorder, know someone in their family who has it or a friend. Anyways! I have had ADHD all my life, but that has never held me back, from doing what I wanted to do! I have chosen to look at myself and the things I have to work with and you know what??? It has helped me all the way to where I am today! For example, I have chosen NOT to look negatively on the fact that I often can't sit quietly on a chair, because of my hyperactivity, caused by my ADHD. When I am hyperactive, I can't even describe how anxious I feel! But instead of just using that hyperactivity to annoy the people around me, I choose to use it in the best way I can. Through hard and tough exercising! I do Bodyweight/Calisthenics training and my hyperactivity is a great benefit when I do so! Why? Because instead of just looking at it as a disadvantage or disability that I have, I choose to look positively at it and use it in the best ways I can! So what is my point with all of this and this website? To share my lifestyle with all of you interested in it. I want to show my life, an alternative way to learn how to live with ADHD and also other infirmities in life and how I work out with Bodyweight training!

A little background information about myself
So, my name is Mikkel Frank and I'm 19 (soon 20) years old. I come from Denmark and just like every other Danes I hate the Danish weather 60% of the year :)
I don't have any crazy background story to tell, I had a good childhood. In 2012 I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and that was a very tough experience. Perhaps the toughest of my life so far.
In the summer holiday of 2013 I started doing Bodyweight exercies like Back Extensions on the floor, Push Ups, Crunches, Dips and Pull Ups. I did this because of pain in my Lower Back and I don't really know why I suddenly came up with idea that a few Back Extensions three times a week would make my pain go away... but they did make the pain go away! I started doing a few routines for chest, back, arms and abs by Mike Chang and I quickly saw results. My chest got bigger my back got wider, my arms looked more shredded than ever and I started seeing abs; small ones though ;).
However, I decided to keep on training, because I got a few compliments every now and then for my little 40 days transformation. So the reason why I started training, was actually just because I wanted more compliments ;) However, today, almost 3 years later, the reason has changed totally! My goals now have nothing to do with compliments, but instead about achieving Bodyweight Mastery, help people achieve their fitness goals through Bodyweight training and spred this wonderful way of training, which is Bodyweight training!
