MY DREAMS! MY GOALS! MY VISION!

The most valuable thing I have learned from Bodyweight training has nothing to do with awesome exercises, an increased amount of followers on social media or even money! NO! The most valuable thing I have learned is why it is so important to always have at least one goal to strive for! It started out of course with me trying to learn many of the most difficult Bodyweight exercises like The One Arm Pull Up, The Triple Clap Push Up, The Tiger Bend Push Up, The One Legged Squat, The Front Lever and many other awesome exercises. But lately I have found out that it is not only the lust and will to learn bodyweight exercises that inspires and motivates me; it's the fact that there is nothing I enjoy more in my life than chasing goals! I want to share that feeling with you and that is actually one of the main reasons to why I started this website in the first place. To help YOU learn how to live with and enjoy "Goal Chasing" as I call it! Because from the bottom of my heart, there is no better feeling than achieving a goal! When I did my first One Arm Pull Up I was happier than ever, I was shouting in happiness (which actually woke my mom from her sleep..) and I was filled with positive energy! And why was that? Because I had found MY PURPOSE! After I had achieved the One Arm Pull Up and the Tiger Bend Push Up it was suddenly very clear to me, what I wanted to do with my life. Inspire, motivate and help people through Bodyweight training. And I know that a lot of people will probably hate on this and say things like: "Yeah, like that's true. You are just making that up to look cool". But to stuff like that I just want to say this: "I don't care if you don't like my personality, my training style, the stuff I write about and so forth. The only thing I don't want you to do, is calling me a lier".

Being honest is a value I price very high! Extremely high actually. Being honest has always been a key value in my family. Something I can thank my mom for. She always said to me: "Never lie Mikkel. A lie will always be discovered. Be honest". It is very important for me that my family, my friends and definitely also you guys have faith and trust in me. I want you to see, hear and feel that I am an honest guy, who does not lie to make myself look better. Therefore I will also share negative stuff about myself on this website, because I don't want to give you an image of me being one of those "my-life-is-perfect"-dudes. I want to show you that you can achieve great things starting from a point of no knowledge at all and no special talent. The only thing you need to achieve great in life is hard-ass work! Simple as that.

Below I have listed most of my long term goals, AKA MY VISION!

BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF!

The perhaps most important goal for me, is being the best I can be! I want to make sure that one day when I'm old and, let's just say, less capable of doing what I do today, I can look back and reflect over my life and with confidence say to myself: "That was a damn tough journey.. But I gave it all I had and I managed to be the best version of myself!".

That's my biggest goal!

                BODYWEIGHT MASTERY!

I don't think this goal comes as a surprise to most of you; Bodyweight Mastery! For the last two years, I have strived to achieve Bodyweight Mastery. I want to master this art of strength training, just as guys like Frank Medrano and Hannibal For King have done it!

HELP PEOPLE WORLDWIDE ACHIEVE THEIR FITNESS GOALS!

Something I haven't always wanted to do is to train others. Not because I didn't want to help people, but because I had an idea that I then would have to scream and shout at my clients to make them work harder XD

I know it's a little ridiculous.

However, today my opinion about me being either a Personal Trainer, an Online Trainer, etc. has come completely around!

I would so much like to train individuals and make tailor suited programs for each individual, to make sure that every single client I have has the best material and opportunities to become the best version of themselves! This goal is also a little bit career based, because it is no secret at all, that I would like to make a living from doing what I love to do, which is Bodyweight training!

GET A CAREER IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY!

One of my last long term goals as of right now is career based. It would be a freakin' awesome thing if I could make a living from what I love to do; Bodyweight training! That would make the base foundation of my dream life! To be able to work perhaps up to 10 hours every single day with what I love to do would be so crazy I think! I would be able to have a lifestyle that was completely focused around helping people achieve a better physique, a healthier lifestyle and I would be able to wake up every morning and "live the dream"!

           MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE!

Being a guy who tries to reach out to as many people in the world as he possibly can, one of my long term goals of course is to MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE people! I want to be a guy that when people see me, they are motivated and inspired right away! I want to be a guy that people want to be like and I want to be a guy that when people look at me, they think to themselves: "I want to become the best version of myself!". That's another big goal of mine!

           STAY HUMBLE

You see it so often.. Many famous people often forget about being humble and kind... It's actually depressing to watch I think.. Arrogance and supremacy is what I most often see on social media and it makes me insanse! Famous people who tend to almost give themselves the status of being Gods and indirectly and sometimes even directly saying they are better individuals than other people, simply because they have thousands, perhaps millions of followers on social media. What's with the attitude man?!

This is why "STAY HUMBLE" is one of my long term goals. Because I believe it is so important to stay humble and especially when you have a lot of followers, supporters and people looking up to you!

You have to send the right signals man! And that's why one of my long term goals is to stay humble. If I one day get thousands of followers, supporters and fans, I want to make sure that I don't let all the fame, attention and respect from others get to my head. I want to be like guys such as Steve Cook, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Brendan Meyers, Hannibal For King and Frank Medrano, who in my opinion really handle the enormous fame, attention and respect people give them extremely well! I want to be like that! I want to stay HUMBLE through it all! :)
